Administration

      The South Florida Veterans Affairs Foundation for Research and Education handles the administration of the non-appropriated extramural funding for the Miami VA Medical Center Research Service. The Foundation's administrative staff provides   timekeeping, leave records, salary distributions, ordering of equipment and supplies, and travel arrangements for Researchers.   Under the direction of Dr. Jackson and the Board of Directors, the administrative staff also purchase common use equipment, hires temporary research assistants, assists publication of research reports, and sponsors visiting lecturers.
