Animal  Component of Research Protocol  (ACORP)

      All Research Studies which involve the use of live animals or animal tissues require an Animal Component of Research Protocol (ACORP) to be completed and submitted along with the Research Protocol.  The following web site has important information about ACORP as well as the latest VACO-mandated ACORP documents available for downloading.

     Review and approval of amendments to currently approved ACORPs may in some cases be accomplished by using the Expedited Review of Animal Component Amendment Form available below.
